I was born in a small Lowcountry town in North Carolina, near the coast , where the air smells like salt marsh and the earth holds generations of wisdom. Raised in a deeply spiritual home, faith and healing were never abstract ideas , they were the rhythm of everyday life.
I moved to Atlanta young, and brought those Lowcountry roots with me. Everything I know is self-taught , from the chemistry of skin butters to the frequencies of singing bowls. No formal training, just relentless curiosity and a calling to create a space where wellness comes back to its source: nature, spirit, and real community.
